The Lettings Process
Stage 1 - Helping You Find What You're Looking Forclick here [+]

Our website is updated daily so you can be sure that properties displayed as "available" actually are! On all of our ad's you will see an array of photographs, descriptions packed full of useful information, maps and street views, even Virtual Viewing Videos so you can see a place, before you view a place! Have a good look through our property listings, or give us a call and we'll discuss your individual requirements.

Stage 2 - Arranging a Viewingclick here [+]

When you like the look of a property, give us a call on 079 8356 7878 and one of our friendly members of staff will arrange a viewing appointment with you. You'll be impressed by our availability, we can offer viewings up to 7pm on selected weekdays and weekend viewings are also available. Whether your working or just a bit busy, you don't have to rush, we can work around you!

Stage 3 - Applying For a Tenancyclick here [+]

When you've found the one, here's what happens next - We hand out Tenant Application packs at our viewings and explain the information that you'll need to provide, including what reference checks you'll need to submit. The same tenant application pack is also available from the Download section of our website so it's never been easier to apply for one of our properties!

We only have 1 rule that all tenants and viewers must abide by:

"All parties moving, must view the property in person, before they apply for it"

Stage 4 - Checking Your Referencesclick here [+]

When you have completed your tenant application form and compiled your references, we will arrange to either meet back at the property address to collect the application, or we can arrange to meet at a time and place that suits you. When we have the application we will begin checking the information provided. These checks are essential as they allow us to assess your suitability for the property and the obligations of a tenancy. These checks usually take just a couple of days and once your checks have been completed, we will advise you straight away by phone call, whether the landlord has accepted your application.

Stage 5 - Agreeing Your Applicationclick here [+]

When the landlord has accepted your application, we will call you to agree a date and time that is suitable for you to move-in. We will have you sign the tenancy agreement and associated legal documents ready for your move and arrange for you to pay your first month's rent and deposit in advance of moving in. The deposit we ask for is the sum equal to a month's rent and is held incase of any damages occurring during your tenancy.
