The Management Exchange Service

  • Make initial contact with your tenants advising of our on-going tenancy management
  • Make an initial inspection of the properties condition
  • Transfer the tenants damage deposit from the current holder to our separate deposit account

  • Transfer the tenant rental payments from your current set up, to our company account
